Thank you for your purchase. We apologize that the products did not meet your expectations. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience at Lia’s Room, which is why we are here to help. Please send us an email at contact@liasroom.com or through our contact form page within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, the name of the products, and the reason for dissatisfaction. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days from the product's delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Returns that have not been authorized in advance will not be accepted.

 

Incorrect shipping address

We reserve the right to charge you a shipping cost before sending your purchase again or issuing a refund if it is returned to us owing to an erroneous mailing address or any other error or carelessness on your side.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Damages, issues or wrong product

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee on products that are faulty or damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@liasroom.com with pictures and videos included if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days from the date of delivery based on the tracking information.

 

Warranty policy

How long does the coverage last?

We have a 45 day limited warranty policy meaning 45 days upon receiving your product. 

What is covered?

Faulty manufacturing or broken after use.

What is not covered? 

The limited warranty excludes any damage caused by the customer attempting to fix or altering the product.

The limited warranty does not warrant that the product won’t become obsolete at some point in the future.

Exchanges

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right for you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the order is processed. You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled before it is processed. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel the order once the item has been sent out for delivery. You will need to receive the item and then request a return.
