Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the USA.
Since our company is based in Florida, we collect taxes from local clients.
How do I check the status of an order?
We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order is prepared for shipping. Once you have received your tracking number, you can check your order status here.
Shipping Fees:
- We offer free standard shipping (7-15 days) for orders above $10.
- Orders below $10, we charge $4.99 standard shipping (7-15 days).

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?
Orders that have been placed successfully will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us for confirmation.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Kindly give the processing a few days. Most orders take between 10 and 15 business days to arrive after being shipped.
We constantly strive and work hard to get your package to you as quickly as possible and on schedule. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the specified number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors beyond our control.
I need to change my shipping address:
Please double-check to ensure you entered the correct address. If the address you provided us contains errors, we are not responsible for the non-delivery. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. Please get in touch with us via our contact form with the new shipping address as soon as possible. However, once the order ships, we can no longer update the shipping address.
Non-Delivery Items:
Any item that isn't delivered within 45 days of the order date is eligible for a refund right away. Please get in touch with us for a refund if you haven't received your items after 45 days.
If applicable, we'll give you a refund if:
- 45 days after the order date, your products have still not arrived.
- Your items' tracking information indicates that they were delivered to another address rather than yours.
Currently, the customer will be liable if the tracking information indicates that your order has been "delivered successfully" (both track signature & non-signature) to the shipping address that you have given us but you have not yet received your things.
Note: weekends are not normally considered part of business days, though certain zip codes may allow deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.

Please send us an email at contact@liasroom.com or through our contact form page within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, the name of the products, and the reason for dissatisfaction. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days from the product's delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that have not been authorized in advance will not be accepted.
Incorrect shipping address
We reserve the right to charge you a shipping cost before sending your purchase again or issuing a refund if it is returned to us owing to an erroneous mailing address or any other error or carelessness on your side.
